Control - Visitor's Love Poem

Please don't leave me please don't go,
for life without you I can't bare to know.
I know that you thought I'm out of control
and yet you still gave me your heart and soul.
The lord will guide me to take control
and bury this sickness deep in a hole.
The man who loves me will hold my hand,
he says he will take me to the promise land.
I feel so much pain deep down inside,
I've pushed him away and broke his heart.
Lord please won't you help me I want him to stay,
I know I have hurt him and for this I must pay.
I will do what I have to no matter how long,
I will pick up the pieces and mend back his heart.
For now he has left me and has nothing to say,
except he loves me and he can't stay.
Lord please help me show the way,
I have to go get him and bring him my way.
Or maybe I should just let him go and
live without him and out of control.
